MontcadaEnBici and in EnglishPresentation Montcada have a privileged orographic situation for the use of the bicycle as a means of transport. The great majority of its population lives in the valley of the river Besós and affluents, and also here we have the industrial estates and the majority of the workplaces. Moreover, we can easily arrive to the neighboring populations... Montcada is like the Netherlands but with best climatology, without its rains and its wind. For the practice of the bicycle of mountain, we are in the half of the nature reserves of the Serra Marina i Collserola, we have also the Turó and Mas Duran. Until now, the only infrastructures of those that we order are a few signals with a drawn bike and the 'recommended itinerary' sign, aside of a few parking lots. |
